Jermuk shin have started Malishka sport house construction.This is USAID program.
Malishka sporthouse construction is first program with USAID.Comany planes also
to join other USAID construction project tenders.Sport house constraction is
part of United States Agency for International Development (USAID) awarded CHF
International a contract to implement the Building and Rehabilitating Infrastructure
for Development and Growth in Employment (BRIDGE) Program in Armenia.

Courthouse of Vayq city

must become regional destination Courthouse .
Rebuilding and reconstrucion of this have done by “Jermukshin” CJSC
in 2008-2009 period.

Resort complex in Areni village

In 2007 Company started Resort complex constraction in Areni village according to contract with Tufenkyan foundation.This complex planed to become part of Tufenkyan Hotels and main goal would be Historical tourism in Vayots Dzor .Many historical monuments and church are on region builded on Middle Ages.
project has puted on hold because of economic crisis in 2009.

Jermuk’s Gallery restoration

The famous Jermuk’s Gallery was restorat by “Jermukshin”CJSC.

It’s a unique building, which is located in the resort area of Jermuk.

There are well-known mineral water sources of different temperature.

Building architecture like Tamanyan style and was one of

first buildings in Jermuk.

Jermuk’s Minihydroelectric Power Plant

But it has also industrial valency :Jermuk’s Minihydroelectric Power Plant based on power of this waterfall.
In 1997 this station have reconstructed by “Jermuk shin” CJSC .large changes was made on building roof
and also nearby territory decoration .

The hospital of Jermuk city construction

this buliding had finished by Jermukshin in 1989.
It was changed destination during medical reforms in Armenia.
Currently its used for industral needs.

Gladzor sanatorium

Gladzor sanatorium was built by “Jermukshin”CJSC (Jermukshin has Successor of company after USSR) and was put in commission in 1985 .
It’s a intersting sanatorium complex for 500 people.Building have hard architecture.
And it is one of most nicely designed buildings of Jermuk city.
