The famous Jermuk’s Gallery was restorat by “Jermukshin”CJSC. It’s a unique building, which is located in the resort area of Jermuk. There are well-known mineral water sources of different temperature. Building architecture like Tamanyan style and was one of first buildings in Jermuk.

Jermuk’s waterfall is one of delightful places in City. But it has also industrial valency :Jermuk’s Minihydroelectric Power Plant based on power of this waterfall. In 1997 this station have reconstructed by “Jermuk shin” CJSC .large changes was made on building roof and also nearby territory decoration .

This building planed for becoming a clinical centre for Vayotz dzor region. this buliding had finished by Jermukshin in 1989. It was changed destination during medical reforms in Armenia. Currently its used for industral needs.
