Jermuk shin CJSC was founded in 1960 for performing construction in the health resort city named Jermuk.Company name was “SU 10″ after it was renamed to “Jermuk shin trest” till end of Sovet Union.After independence of Armenia Company was formated to Open Join Stock Company “Jermuk shin” OJSC .In 2009 head of company decides and change Form of company to Closed Join Stock Company currently is “Jermuk shin” CJSC.CEO of company is Korjun Stepanyan.
